NovaLIGHT Wall board - Group activity is displayed on a wall-mounted readerboard. Group name, Calls on hold, longest time on hold and level of service for each group is shown in color. NovaNET - One-line - A group activity and messaging display option. NovaNET communicates via an installed network. Novell, NT, or any network that supports NetBuei/NetBios protocol. The information displayed is identical to the NovaLIGHT. NovaNET is the best way to get ACD information to ACD agents. The NovaNET display is located on the agent's PC monitor and does not present any of the line-of-sight problems associated with wall mounted reader boards. NovaNET - Large Display - Displays the same information as NovaNET in a full screen format. The advantage of full screen is the ability to mount a large screen Television in place of the expensive wall-mounted reader board. PC Specifications - The Nova software does not require a dedicated PC, saving valuable desk space and reducing the need for extra hardware. NovaSTATNET - Network Based Real-time Statistics - A text based display showing agents logged-on, agents available, calls in Que., longest call in Que., Agents on ACD calls, Agents on Non-ACD calls, Agent wrap up time, Not available time, Ready time, and times forced busy. |
Color is based on user defined thresholds. Call center supervisors may send advisory messages via the Nova message center module. Nova supports the Spectrum© Reader boards. Current models supported are the 320C and 4120C. Additional reader boards may connect to NovaLIGHT software. Non-supported reader boards are tested at no charge by Cerecom at our Plano, TX. office.
