NovaWIZARDPRO 4.0 - An advanced call center management system. PRO 4.0 introduces client/server capabilities for all WIZARD report generation. Enhanced print modules enable color charts and graphs to print directly from the WIZARDPRO screens. WizardPRO includes real-time statistics and graphics, Wizard reports, Executive reports, FasTRAC reports, Agent State alert, Threshold monitor, and Multi-group display. The WizardPRO is intended for active management of a call center. Reports may be executed in either an automatic or manual mode. Call center management can design over 300 customized reports for specific reporting requirements. Statistics are maintained for up to 3 years (in 15-min. units).

AgentVIEW - A graphical display of an agent's performance Vs group average, best agent, worst agent. AgentVIEW DisplayCurrently AgentVIEW has nine comparison reports available. AgentVIEW is a daily file and enables the supervisor to step through the day in 15-min. increments. To see names of most and least, double-click on the stat in the middle of the chart.
