FasTRAC reports- An immediate report generator (Click on picture to enlarge) containing 14 of the most common reports for ACD groups and agents. Reports are sent to the screen first for supervisor review. A print option button is available for a hard copy.
Real-time Statistics - (click on picture to enlarge) A text based display showing agents logged-on, agents available, calls in Que., longest call in Que., Agents on ACD calls, Agents on Non-ACD calls, Agent wrap up time, Not available time, Ready time, and times forced busy. Text changes color based on selected thresholds. Group and Agent snapshots are available via point-and-click buttons on the NovaSTAT screen.
Threshold Monitor - Provides reporting for time each group is in a threshold condition.(Click on picture to enlarge) Each group may have three defined thresholds (green, amber, red). Report output is in minutes and hours. This is the best indication of an ACD group's performance.
(Click on picture to enlarge) Wizard Reports - A graphical report generator. Wizard allows for over 300 custom reports. Reports are selected for automatic or manual generation on customer demand. FasTRAC reports are included for immediate reporting when time is critical. All reports may be sent to a printer (LPT1) or imported into any windows supported database or spreadsheet. Statistical history is maintained for up to 3 years.
Message Center- Enables call center supervisor to 'send' messages(Click on picture to enlarge) via their existing network to NovaNET, NovaNET LARGE, and NovaLIGHT optional modules. Message display is controlled by time, frequency, and color.
